• Reiki Infused Yin Yoga, connecting to your body and release stuck emotions
• Journaling, releasing and letting go of what no longer serves you
• Sound Bath, with the option for the first 6 people who book to receive a water sound Bath, relaxing on floaties in the warm water of a swim spa
• Option to have a cermonial hand poke tattoo with a Ac’ab’al, a ritaul tattoo artist from Costa Rica during the Shamanic Journey or Sound Bath
